Senior Program Analyst / C4 Requirements Specialist

## Duties
Assist staff in the development of synchronization strategy to capture equities of the multiple communities of interest which have requirements for C4/cyber capabilities; - Support agency staffs in preparing for reviews to include: Milestone reviews, In-progress reviews (IPRs), Integrated Product Team meetings (IPTs), Site assessments, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) reporting requirements; - Develop strategy for C4/Cyber solution development, focusing on alternatives that identify new and innovative approaches and opportunities to leverage other U.S. Government, international, and commercial capabilities; - Support C4/cyber technical and architecture working group in the identification and integration of new technology and capability solutions; and, - Support architecture development of Enterprise C4/Cyber solutions. - Support Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Business Capability Lifecycle (BCL) and agency processes to identify shortfalls, gaps and requirements for C4 and Cyber systems.
## Qualifications
Requirements: - Bachelors' degree; Master's Degree preferred; - 10+ years of experience with C4 operations and two or more of the following: C2 systems, network security, network operations, security control assessments, or network or host forensics work in military or intelligence community organization. - Experience in JCIDS and/or BCL processes, including development of weapons system requirements documents, analyses of alternatives, business cases and presentation of courses of action; - Staff experience in DoD Joint or Service staff supporting requirements analysis process and formulation; - Excellent written and oral communication skills; and - Current Top Secret clearance, with eligibility for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Desired Experience/Skills: - In-depth understanding of agency structure, doctrine, policy and Joint and Sister services operational concepts; - Possess contemporary agency experience and knowledge of current agency and Joint issues; - Knowledge of USG Interagency, DOD, Joint and agency structures, missions, programs, policies, and organizational relationships to facilitate effective planning and employment of agency capabilities; - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project; - Experience developing, organizing and delivering formal presentations in a group environment; - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team; - Ability to problem-solve in a high-tempo time constrained environment; and, - Ability to prioritize task through strong organizational skills as well as lead and or manage teams.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
