Provide timely, accurate and actionable intelligence support to the CNGB, Vice CNGB (VCNGB), National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Staff, the National Guard (NG) Service Components and the Joint Force Headquarters State (JFHQ-State)
Represent CNGB?s position in dealings with the Joint Staff Director of Joint Intelligence (J2), Defense Intelligence Agencies and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)
Produce daily intelligence products for NG senior leaders (CNGB, VCNGB, State Adjutants general (TAG's), Joint Staff and Service Components) at the Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level
Particular attention is given to any topic that could possibly be a threat to the Homeland. Maintain close liaison with Intelligence Community (IC) entities (e.g., the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) J2, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)), as well as the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Intel Support Team to ensure CNGB has access to the latest IC information to properly execute his responsibilities
Provide TAGs and JFHQ-State with Political/Military (POLMIL) information and traditional threat reporting regarding their designated State Partnership Program (SPP) country
Maintain TS/SCI and Secret-level Communities of Interest (COI) with information and intelligence of value to the NG Intelligence Community, including SPP countries and terrorism reports
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on designated topics and answer impromptu questions and more formal requests for information (RFIs)
Serve as SME to Deputy Secretary of Defense's Management Action Group (DMAG) meetings, JCS TANK Sessions, Operations Deputies meetings, Foreign Dignitary Visits, and other meetings and forums as required
Monitor the real-time global situation as it relates to the National Guard. Manage and track briefings, conference room usage, and operations tempo of the NG-J2 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) activities
Build continuity programs for hand-off of exchange of daily activates
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status (or authorized aliens) and be able to furnish proof of US citizenship.
Experience working with Government personnel at a senior level
Must possess specialized experience in providing Intelligence Analysis services in a senior level, secure environment.
Possess the ability to research, assimilate and organize information and write clear, succinct, grammatically correct documents which meet the standards of Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and/or AFH 33-337.
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to interact with others and to explain complex actions
Working knowledge of commonly used military terminology to be used within office settings to prepare material correctly
Possess the ability to verbally communicate in a logical, coherent manner as well as interpret and apply administrative guidelines and regulations.
Have and maintain proficiency in the use of computers and associate software. Computer literacy includes demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office and various databases.
Bachelor Degree preferred
Minimum of five years' experience conducting intelligence analysis experience to include working with government personnel at a senior level.
Must be able to obtain and matain TS/SCI Security Clearance; preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
