Global Innovation Sr. Manager (Firm Internal)

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) provides services to Deloitte member firms across the globe. DTTL personnel work on complex business projects that connect and serve Deloitte member firm practitioners across the world.
DTTL Innovation in collaboration with the Global Innovation Executive (GIE) identifies and then executes the global network's innovation priorities. The GIE is comprised of senior innovation leaders from eighteen of Deloitte's country-based practices and one from each of our 5 Businesses. For the upcoming fiscal year, there are five specific, network priorities, as follows:
Directly supporting the implementation of the "bold plays" across Deloitte's five global business areas (Audit, Consulting, Enterprise Risk Services, Financial Advisory, and Tax & Legal). The bold plays include a set of innovative new services and products that leverage key disruptive technologies (e.g., Cognitive, Blockchain).
Identifying and coordinating ecosystem partnerships required to successful implement the bold plays
Identifying and aligning existing country-based investments with prioritized bold plays, including a common repository (Intelligent Clearinghouse) to enhance visibility and reduce duplication across bold plays.
Developing a world class sensing approach to continuously identify trends, technology and business model disruptors, competitor activity, and new market entrants important to the execution of the bold plays
Scaling successful services and products from one country-based practice (member firm) to other member firms
The Senior Manager will own and drive key work streams to help advance and implement the bold plays including identifying key ecosystem alliances in specific strategic technology domains. The role will report to an Innovation Associate Director and Senior Director, with frequent interactions with the Director of Innovation, the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officers, and other senior leaders across DTTL
Role Specific Responsibilities
Provide specific technology expertise to the Global Business teams to help advance and implement the bold plays, including identifying key ecosystem alliances critical to delivering the bold plays in the market.
These projects will require the following additional responsibilities:
Establish analytical frameworks and methodologies to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve problems
Interview and gather data, conduct internal and external research, and generate corresponding analyses (e.g., assessment of potential ecosystem partners in cognitive computing)
Develop effective working relationships with senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
Facilitate the sharing of ideas across the global network via existing and emerging technologies and communities
Develop content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics, for the DTTL CEO, Executive, Board, and GIE, as required
People Management
Work with key strategy stakeholder groups (e.g., member firms, business innovation leaders and teams) to develop cross-functional relationships
Work with peers and counterparts in other parts of the Deloitte network
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
Provide ongoing support to the team Senior Managers, Director, and Chief Innovation Officer
Work with senior leaders across businesses, geographies, and industries
Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring work quality of the highest level
Education:
Outstanding academic background
MBA from a top tier program (optional)
Key Skills
Excellent strategic thinker, with 10+ years of demonstrated strategic consulting or related experience in the following areas:
Strategy development, competitive strategy, and scenario planning
Business case development
Survey design and analysis
Organizational design
Workshop facilitation
Change management
Demonstrated domain knowledge and experience in key technologies such as Cognitive/AI, IoT and/or Blockchain. Highly conversant and agile in emerging technology areas.Experience in identifying and building technology partnerships and/or alliances (e.g. vendor relationships and/or deeper strategic partnerships)Advanced project management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across projects, reporting to different stakeholdersStrong quantitative and research skillsExperience managing Manager, Senior Consultant-level resourcesSuperior PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience / Skills - Preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
