  • Work with the Branch Manager and the Customer Care Manager on recruiting plans

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions

  • Efficiently and effectively fill each open position

  • Utilize traditional and creative/non-traditional sources for recruitment, including social media, nursing schools, community resources

  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

  • Conduct prescreening interviews

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Performing reference and background checks for potential employees

  • Assist in creating personnel files and keeping them up-to-date

  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages and on-boarding new hires

  • Assist Customer Care Manager in staffing shifts

  • Undertake administrative office tasks, as needed

  • Assist in on-call duty after hours


Recruiter – Health Care

  • Experience with recruiting, healthcare recruiting a plus

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Skills in database management and record keeping

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Gather and analyze information skillfully

  • A bachelor’s degree is required

  • 1-2 years of human resources experience required; 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
