IC Client Executive - Vice President

Job Description:
The Client Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining the knowledge, relationships, and processes required to achieve sustained growth within the assigned market. The Client Executive will maintain an understanding of: the extant and projected Addressable Market; the applicability and competitiveness of CACI capabilities; procurement intricacies and trends; and, key events, activities, and schedules relevant to Account access and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a strategic view of the Intelligence Community (IC) customer base. Provide clear understanding of key customer and market changes that will affect CACI?s long term (3-5 years) market position and approach.
- Maintain key senior relationships in IC that help brand CACI and maintain situational awareness of market changes.
- Develop and maintain a long range opportunity pipeline that will shape and inform current year execution plans.
- Represent CACI at trade shows as a panel member, key note speaker, booth activities and other events that promote the CACI brand.
- Identify potential key hires that CACI should consider based upon on their experience, government relationships and where they can fill a critical customer requirement or need.
- Maintain active participation in professional organizations as applicable (e.g. NDIA, AFCEA, etc.). Serve as conference panel member, keynote speaker and other activities that help promote CACI?s brand.
- Collaborate closely with BD and Capture leaders to ensure messages communicated, information acquired and overall contact plans result in consistent key customer interactions and results.
- Provide opportunity advice and counsel to the Business Development and Line as they formulate their next and future year opportunity roadmap.
- Function at a more tactical level, when necessary, to support key captures and business development activity. Maintain relationships that also facilitate these tactical engagements.
- Participate in key business development activities such as ?Black Hats?, ?Competitive Assessments?, ?Mid-Course Reviews? and solution development.
- For Priority Opportunities, such as CEO priorities or key A orders, be the ?voice of the customer? throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity. This would include attending all milestone reviews, proposal color reviews and responding to post RFP customer questions (ENs, Discussions, etc).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Provide and maintain a strategic overview of IC Industry base capabilities and their customer relationships.
- Provide a clear understanding of competitor footprint within the IC and how it affects CACI?s position and approach on current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with PMs and technical leads to understand state of current programs with in the IC, to ensure that we are providing ?operational excellence? and are meeting/exceeding customer needs on current programs.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or one of the Sciences, or equivalent, or 15 years? related experience is preferred, with at least five years of P&L accountability. Highly prefer 14+ years? of experience in the Intelligence market with 15-20 years of experience working in the IC.
Must have ability to build an effective team.
Must have experience in preparing reports and briefings.
Demonstrated experience with the IC and a current set of relevant relationships within the community
Ability to understand and translate key mission and technical needs of the IC into actionable plans for CACI.
Candidate must be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance with FS Poly.
Ability to work across multiple teams and engage with customer leadership on technical issues

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
