Web Application Developer - Java

We are seeking a Web Developer to support a DEA contract in Arlington, VA.
Deals with multiple data sets and business rules to create, modify, and maintain applications in support of the Office of Diversion Control.
Works with existing staff, including DBAs, Document Writers, Network and System Administrators, and fellow Developers
Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation of Web Based and Client/Server applications using Object Oriented Programming and Relational Database.
Experience in Spring and/or Hibernate Framework and/or JavaServer Faces (JSF) with Ajax.
J2EE Application servers WebLogic, Tomcat
Application design using UML and software methodologies including rapid prototyping and iterative development.
Software development and business modeling of Web applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other custom-built projects on UNIX and Linux.
Proficient in database development: Oracle 12c, and tools such as Toad and SQL
Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain a government issues Secret clearance; active Secret clearance is a plus
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or similar field
5 years of experience in complete Software Development Lifecycle.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
