Total Rewards Consultant
The Total Rewards Consultant will be responsible for providing consultative expertise, guidance and recommendations on the administration of ARC's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness and employee recognition.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all company benefits programs. Performs annual open enrollment, research, development, implementation and monitoring of benefits plans to include medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, paid time off, 401k, EAP, FMLA and NQDCP.
Evaluates the cost, coverage, effectiveness, plan experience, usage and competitive trends of benefit programs
Designs and oversees the delivery of benefits new hire orientation in collaboration with HR Business Partners
Coordinates and oversees the participation, collection and maintenance of salary survey data in CompAnalyst database. Conducts market research to identify market trends and monitor market sensitive jobs.
Leads job analysis and market pricing efforts to review external and internal competitiveness of ARC jobs
Supports the development and communication of salary structure design and administration
Provides advice and counsel to HR Business Partners and managers on pay practices, policy and guideline interpretation
Administers the annual salary and incentive planning process. Identifies business process requirements and collaborates with HR Operations on supporting the configuration and deployment of the compensation module within SuccessFactors. Creates project plans, communicates timelines, coordinates training efforts and works in partnership with HR Business Partners to ensure the organization meets all expected deliverables.
Serves as program administrator for the design, evaluation and communication of ARC's wellness program, including corporate gym partnerships and onsite wellness events/offerings
Manages wellness vendor relationship with Viverae
Leads the Corporate Wellness Team Committee
Total Rewards
Serves as program administrator for ARC's Total Rewards HUB employee portal
Leads efforts to ensure that policies, procedures, plan documents and department operations are documented and in compliance with all organizational policies, state and federal laws and other regulatory agencies
Stays current on legislative updates affecting total rewards, including wage and hour regulations, ERISA, FLSA, DOL, IRS and the Healthcare Reform Act
Conducts on-going audits to ensure validity of all total rewards data contained in the Ultimate Software HRIS system and submitted through vendor interface files. Coordinates data needs with HRIS Administrator, Finance and Payroll departments.
Manages the design and updating of tools and resources maintained on Total Rewards SharePoint sites for use by employees, managers and the HR team
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or related field
WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation; or progress towards completionpreferred
A minimum of 5 of progressive Human Resources experience with an emphasis in compensation and benefits administration, including vendor management experience
Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines and competing demands
In-depth knowledge of health and wellbeing benefit plans, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, 401(k) and applicable regulations required
Knowledge of the impact of total rewards programs on company financial metrics
Must be detailed oriented, accurate, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Proficient in use of HRIS systems (we use - Ultimate Software), including running queries and accessing and manipulating employee data
Self-starter with strong written and oral communication and consultative skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
