Opportunity Details: Overview:
CSRA's Strategy and Performance Group (SPG), based on Arlington, VA, includes over 100 individuals with backgrounds spanning all phases of the human capital lifecycle. We employ a multi-disciplinary team of professionals with backgrounds in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, operations research, statistics, strategic planning, public policy, public administration, economics, communications, business administration, systems engineering, and project management. SRA's Industrial/Organizational Psychologists work with Federal clients to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve organizational and human capital processes and programs. Our projects frequently involve:
Data analytics
Large-scale job analysis and competency modeling
Survey research
Program evaluation
Professional certification and credentialing
Applied social science research.
Managing small projects or large tasks within projects
Contributing toward research and survey design, analysis, and interpretation
Collecting and analyzing data
Facilitating workshops and meetings
Managing databases and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Writing technical reports and presentations
BA or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experience
Qualified candidate
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and proficiency with SPSS, SAS, R, Excel, SQL, Tableau and other data management, analysis, and visualization tools
Experience with job analysis, item writing, test and survey development, and validation
Experience facilitating focus groups or workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Ability to work on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
