Position Description: The Investment Management System Analyst will support our client with its investment management processes and business case development for major IT investments and non-IT capital assets. The Analyst will be charged with supporting several of our client s investments by serving as a liaison to the program managers and investment teams and supporting documentation development and review. Role and responsibilities include: Analyze and review investment reporting documentation across all phases of the investment lifecycle to ensure consistency and accuracy of documentation. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping, review investment process documentation, maintain the IT and non-IT investment data in the Investment Evaluation, Submission, & Tracking System (INVEST), review cost-benefit analysis and performance measures, and coordinate the documentation requirements of the various management bodies. Analyze and review monthly and periodic reporting submissions and provide feedback with the intent of enhancing data quality. Assist in the preparation of business cases, including explaining business case requirements and assisting project managers in completing submissions. Review and analyze business cases to ensure that all sections are complete, accurate and contain sufficient, relevant information to enable effective decision-making. Provide enterprise analysis to ensure consistency in documentation and presentation across projects. Coordinate all required documentation to provide the approving Boards/Committees with accurate and timely decision-making information. Assist Government programs in collecting project measurement and performance information in advance of actual business case development to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Required Skills: Strong writing/editing skills and keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word Ability to learn quickly and work with limited supervision under tight deadlines Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and ability to work well within a team setting Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with and build strong rapport with government clients Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Knowledge or experience with federal budgeting, acquisition or investment management processes

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
