What You'll Be Doing:
The Associate Director, Client Analytics, leads the development of insightful, credible and timely analyses and reports related to medical expense, utilization and clinical program activity. The Associate Director will synthesize the findings to make recommendations to improve our health system and health plan partners' performance for all lines of business, including CMS value-based care programs.
The Associate Director will be working with a cross-functional team in support of multiple Evolent partners, and is responsible for working closely across the Analytics team to meet the analytic and reporting needs of the Partners, current and prospective, and Evolent's local Market Presidents, Market Medical Directors and other team members. The Director collaborates Market Leadership to understand, prioritize, and plan the stakeholders' information needs and support the delivery of analyses to these stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Conduct analyses and develop medical economic reports to identify drivers of medical/pharmacy cost, administrative, and utilization trends and compare to benchmarks
Identify actionable opportunities to improve our client partners' medical cost and quality as well as satisfaction of their patients and/or members
Analyze and present relevant data to inform decisions related to entering risk-based relationships with payers and managing risk
Research and prepare evaluations on a variety of complex and diverse projects/problems related to medical cost and utilization, care delivery and coordination, patient and physician engagement
Leverage existing processes for tracking and prioritizing deliverables, suggesting enhancements as needed
Communicate results and analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure knowledge and material are shared and leveraged across our teams
Lead, manage, and mentor analytical staff (no immediate people management responsibilities ? may evolve to include this)
Identify and collaborate with others to obtain the necessary data and software infrastructure capabilities
Contribute to Analytics recruitment, training, and knowledge management initiatives
The Experience You Need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of progressive experience in conceptualizing, building, and managing products and solutions with a proven track record of success
Experience in the healthcare industry preferably in risk adjustment, health plan or health system environment
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Master's Degree
Domain expertise in any of the following areas: Population Health Management, Risk Adjustment, EMR, Pharmacy
Effective presentation skills and listening skills
Strong ability to navigate matrixed team environments to achieve buy in from all parties and own results
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives -- comfort developing relationships and engaging executives in back-and-forth conversation and presentations
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong team orientation, both internal and external, with the ability to coach and mentor regardless of reporting relationships.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
