A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
8 years of HCM implementation experience andcurrently working with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
8 years of experience in 2 or more of the following modules inEBS or PeopleSoft HCM: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Time &Labor, TAM, Performance Management, Recruiting
Minimum of at least 1 full life-cycle implementation with OracleHCM Cloud
5 years experience leading project delivery teams in all aspects of theSDLC with an emphasis on cloud-based solutions.
Experience in the Health Industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with Sales, Sales Pursuits, and responding to RFP
2 years experiencemanaging multiple teams and clients

Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
