Position Description:
The Senior Litigation Engagement Leader will be responsible for supporting and growing Deloitte s position in the Litigation Support, FOIA and Information Governance markets. This will involve the identification and capture of opportunities throughout the federal market.

+ Identify and develop contract and task order opportunities across federal agencies in litigation and related information management support services.
+ Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships.
+ Qualify, position and lead capture related efforts to the above.
+ Following award, direct large mission contracts including contract administration, teaming, staff and technical development, PMO. Serve as primary point of contact with clients throughout project lifecycle.
+ Envision and commit to the clients expectations and definition of success for every assigned project.
+ Coordinate and lead internal resources required to support and execute the project.
+ Anticipate client s litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs.
+ Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time.
+ Ensure that products and services are delivered to the client s satisfaction on time and within scope and budget.
+ At least six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience in litigation support contract administration, including at least two (4) years of Project Manager experience or equivalent
+ Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
+ Requires expert knowledge of litigation support
+ Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs
+ Experience utilizing technology to support litigation workflow, including document review platforms, trial support applications, and eDiscovery tools
+ Undergraduate degree or other degree.
+ Government Contracting experience and knowledge of the Government s data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based database, and other applications
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
