Director, Sales Operations & Strategy

Overview of the Role:
Privia is currently looking for a seasoned sales operations team leader to manage Privia's Sales Operations & Strategy (SOS), comprised of the Inside Sales Team (7+ individuals) and the Sales Support Team (4+ individuals). The SOS team generates qualified leads for field sales directors and provides market intelligence, customer segmentation strategies, field sales "blueprints", and general sales support.
The Team:
The Sales Operations & Strategy team is primarily responsible for setting meetings for Sales Directors in all 5 of Privia's markets, through cold calls, navigating stalled accounts, and working inbound leads. Additionally, this team scrubs and qualifies new data from various sources and inputs into Salesforce. Day to day operations of the Inside Sales Team will report directly to the Director of SOS who will be responsible for directing ongoing training and development to raise the market and product knowledge, and general sales acumen of Inside Sales Team members.
Privia's Sales Support Team supports the field sales teams with ongoing deal initiatives. Activities may include: generating and tracking side letters and contracts, developing sales analytics and strategy, researching markets and competitors, leading training and development, overseeing Salesforce administration, and providing Privia technology platform demonstrations.
Primary Job Duties:
Manage day to day operations of SOS Team including several associates and two associate managers
Coordinate with internal departments including legal, finance, population health, network development, and revenue cycle management
Work with Marketing team to align messaging throughout sales process
Work with Field Sales Directors and Field Sales Associates
Develop training and development programs for SOS Team
Develop mini-trainings for field sales teams on relevant industry topics
Support prospective physician visits to headquarters
Oversee the continued building of the Sales Knowledge Tool within Salesforce
Attend and contribute to Marketing & Sales prospect events
Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 7+ years of sales experience required; healthcare sales experience preferred
Demonstrable experience managing an inside sales team, providing training and development, and proven track record of supporting team to hit sales goals
Experience managing utilization of CRM; preferably Salesforce, including account segmentation, analysis, and pipeline management
Experience juggling multiple and competing priorities
Extremely bright and analytical; turns the unknown into knowledge in short order
Willing to travel locally and regionally

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
