Join us and discover what you can make of this moment.We are seeking an ISR Analytic Consultant to join the team of IBMers currently supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSDI), in the Warfighter Support Directorate, ISR Operations Division. Our practitioners have backgrounds in operations research, geospatial analysis, data extraction, and management consulting, with deep expertise in military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems and employment. The team conducts analysis to characterize and prioritize ISR needs, help refine theater employment TTPs, provide definitive accounts of ISR contributions to operations, and generate data-driven acquisition recommendations. + At least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or strategic analysis experience, working with senior clients/leadership
+ At least 8 years of experience in delivering complex products and studies/reports; must be able to interpret ambiguous tasking, discern value proposition for client, structure and assign complex tasks, and coach/mentor more junior team members on a full range of consulting and analytic skills
+ At least 3 years of experience of national or military ISR capabilities and their use
+ At least 3 years of experience demonstrating near-expert level use of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint to evaluate ISR and operational data originating from units conducting military operations.
+ At least 3 years or experience with strong analytical knowledge, including statistical analysis, data analysis, data visualization, data science, and/or predictive analysis.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or National Security Studies

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
