As we continue to innovate in the talent management space, we are searching for an Enterprise Associate to forge partnerships with the owners and high-level executives for some of the of America's most recognizable brands.
As the Enterprise Associate, you'll be putting your savvy communication skills to the test. We prefer you to have a minimum of 18 months of B2B or direct B2C sales experience, because reaching prospects requires finesse and a level of comfort talking business via phone that we find only comes with some time in the trenches. You'll be calling on the heads of recruiting, human resources, operations or direct field operators and business owners of America's biggest and best known brands. Your average day will include making calls (somewhere in the neighborhood of 50); a mix of new sales prospecting, follow-up calls and correspondence within the sales process.

What We'll Expect:
Develop a knowledge of Snagajob's product offerings and competitive advantages
Act as the first point of contact and provide product information to new prospects
Deeply research the organizational structure, business objectives and recruiting needs of key accounts that are the largest and most potentially valuable to Snagajob
Actively pursue key decision makers within Snagajob's enterprise universe and create action plans to penetrate each new account
Effectively identify and qualify prospects based on Snagajob's top verticals
Hit key activity metrics to build pipeline
Ensure successful execution of proposals and annual contracts
Present product and services to enterprise accounts
Learn and execute the sales process
Support Sales Executives in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual client meeting and revenue targets
Carry a quarterly bookings quota
Be passionate about your role and the company's mission
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and a minimum 18 months of sales experience, but raw talent and passion with the promise of our training may make you a highly competitive candidate
Ability to embrace and celebrate change and the adrenaline of a high growth company
Strong business acumen and experience engaging C-suite executives
A proven record of meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets in sales and/or project management
Strong, professional written and verbal communication to engage current and prospective customers
Attention to detail excellent time management skills
Working knowledge of at least one CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
Able to demonstrate skills ranging from cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, nurturing prospects to contract closings
Ability to work well within a team environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
