You'll do this using your knowledge and expertise to design and model processes, develop solutions, and integrate them with applications.In this exciting role you will:
+ Directly support the Joint Suitability and Security Clearance Process Reform PAC PMO government lead support Recommendation
+ Establish mechanisms to manage and oversee government-wide spending for suitability and security processes
+ Develop and execute enterprise Reform IT strategy to ensure inter-operability, operationalize CE, automate suitability processes, and improve sharing of relevant information.
+ Provide analysis support to the EIAT in reviewing SSC-LoB activities.
+ Possess expert level experience with Strategic IT planning, IT cost modeling and budgeting, and senior management IT decision support.
+ Have executive level experience developing, tracking, and reporting agency-wide IT Budgets.
+ Possess demonstrated experience analyzing OMB exhibits including Exhibit 53 and 300, and preparing Department-wide enterprise IT strategic plans.
+ Have demonstrated experience in responding to inquiries from and presenting briefings to senior Government officials from the Executive and Legislative branch.
+ Have experience with conducting analyses of alternatives including conducting ?make or buy? decisions for COTS, GOTS, and/or custom development programs.

+ Experience working in a cross-agency Line of Business (LOB) setting
+ Experience working with personnel security or suitability matters and understanding of suitability/clearance lifecycle (e.g., work as a Facility Security Officer (FSO))
+ Cost Modeling or Analysis of Alternatives experience with the demonstrated ability to determine expenses specific to process and technology support in order to baseline expenditures and identify funding requirements for eventual 'to-be' state
+ Familiarity with benchmarking techniques, particularly those applicable to a complex, inter-agency space
+ Familiarity with cross-agency suitability and security paradigms
+ Familiarity with relevant OMB budget formulation guidance including A-11 and CPIC processes (e.g., Exhibit 53/300s)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
