Senior CBRN Program Analyst -

The Senior CBRN Program Analyst will Provide analytical and support services to enable the effective and efficient oversight, coordination, review, and strategic planning of the Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD) physical and infrastructure programs. Develop and propose solutions to critical problems by creating actionable strategies and implementation plans, and oversight plans that use metrics to enable the government to continuously monitor progress, and reallocate resources or effort as required to meet government requirements. additional duties include:
Develop assessments and functional review of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense (CBRND) acquisition programs, quarterly reports, capabilities, requirements, shortfalls, and redundancies.
Coordinate policy or technical positions of the Military Services, Defense Agencies, Joint Staff, Commanders of the Combatant Commands, intelligence community and other US governmental agencies on CBRND issues in support of the OASD(NCB/CB).
Support the OASD(NCB/CB) technical offices in providing CBDP oversight, coordination, and integration of the CBRND countermeasure programs among the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) Office, the Joint Science and Technical Office (JSTO), the joint Test and Evaluation Office (TEO), and the Joint Requirements Office (JRO).
Prepare draft plans, preparation of documentations, and all products consistent with both Defense Acquisition Board metrics and reporting requirements in accordance with 50 U.S.C. 1522, and ASD(NCB) guidance.
Support senior level program analysis and integration of appropriate office functions and dealings with CBD Program Overarching Integrated Process Team (OIPT), CBDP Enterprise Quarterly Reports, and other performance based program reviews.
Support OASD(NCB/CB) technical offices at international and interagency conferences, seminars, meetings, and working groups regarding CBRND countermeasures issues.
Assist the DASD(CBD) in managing the CBDP infrastructure (which includes physical infrastructure and intellectual capital) and actively lead the assessment, analysis, integration, and advocacy of infrastructure as it relates to CBDP plans, programs, budgets, and execution for requirements needed to counter chemical and biological (CB) threats.
Coordinate the collection of infrastructure data (including requirements, utilization rates, sustainment costs, etc.) from government and contractor support activities across the CBDP and lead the analyses and evaluation of this data to maximize efficiencies of the assets that support the CBDP mission.
Assist in development and assessments of appropriate courses of action and provide recommendations to DASD CBD and other principals to address current infrastructure issues within the CBDP.
Synchronize activities of CBDP components to develop coordinated recommendations to fund courses of action (COAs). Consolidate information from CBDP stakeholders for review. Ensure CBDP stakeholder awareness of infrastructure investments and sustainment efforts.
Establish tools, processes, and products that integrate infrastructure capabilities and identifies unnecessary duplication to meet requirements for the mission.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
