Job Title: Temporary Lead Early ID Recruiting Specialist

Position Reports to: L Manager, Early ID Programs
Assignment Dates: December 12, 2016-April 15, 2017 (approximate 4 month assignment)

This is a temporary salaried opportunity for alumni to join Deloitte Services LP for a short term assignment. Key Role Description:
Responsible for the coordination and execution of Early ID programs and initiatives. Serve as an Early ID recruiting subject matter expert for recruiters and the business. Work closely with recruitment leadership and business to design a consistent recruiting approach to achieve Early ID demand. Team with recruiters, Deloitte corporate citizenship and business to drive recruiting efforts that increase an inclusive Early ID student pipeline. Leverage recruiting expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to further develop and execute on Early ID business priorities and objectives; share best practices and business cases for new and innovative approaches
Execute and participate in Early ID recruitment programs such as internship, leadership and community involvement conferences and initiatives
Develop and execute a local high school strategy partnering with corporate citizenship and recruitment brand and other internal stakeholders
Collaborate with school recruiters and Campus Recruiting Managers to develop Early ID initiatives and programs to implement on-campus respective to targeted hiring profiles across early ID students.
Collaborate with Inclusion recruiting team in the development and execution of early identification programs that build an inclusive pipeline
Understand business hiring goals and objectives from the Early ID Program Manager
Conduct a needs assessment in the local marketplace and create programming to meet the needs of the evolving workforce.
Manage accurate and timely conference and event candidate data, provide analysis across all programs and initiatives
Analyze progress and results, identify best practices and develop strategic and innovative recommendations for improvement of Early ID initiatives; be an early adopter of new technology solutions such as Hirevue
Maintain an advanced understanding of Deloitte's talent competitors along with the ability to adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace
Network within the marketplace to understand Early ID competitive landscape and present finding and recommendations to Early ID Program Manager
Assist S&I leadership with identified projects by conducting data research and detailed analysis; provide consolidated reporting results to leadership for use in recommendations and assist with the implementation of the solutions proposed as a result of findings when appropriate
Team with Core Talent Services (CTS) in the execution of recruitment processes
Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development
Resolve escalated issues with minimal direction from Early ID Program Manager
Manage Early ID program budgets>Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 5 years of related experience
Strong understanding of campus recruiting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks
Consultative approach toward clients
Analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of research tools and software used in data collection and analysis
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Event-planning skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Intermediate applicant tracking system/application skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
