Job Description
Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

? Minimum 1 years working with Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions (Core HR, Benefits, Talent)
? Minimum 5 years of Enterprise HCM implementation (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, e-modules) experience
? Experience in helping cusotmers build an HR Application Roadmap
? Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Enterprise global design
? Minimum 8 years of team lead experience
? Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience
? Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in ERP OR HCM space
? Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
? Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills:
? Able to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating large ERP implementation/upgrade projects
? Proven ability to support sales in ERP area as Subject Matter Expert
? Understanding of HCM-related business parameters and drivers
? Good understanding of Business Case Development
? Experience leading, or making major contributions, to large sales proposals for consulting or professional services
? Experience working with CTO/CIO
? Experience at a large/ Global consulting firm (IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, PWC, KPMG, KBase)
? Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
? Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa.
? Desire to continue to broaden functional and technical skills
? Desire to work in an information systems environment.
? Ability to meet travel 100% requirement; weekly travel to client site

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
