Accenture Interactive Marketing Manager for the Accenture-Adobe Joint Initiative

The Accenture and Adobe Joint Initiative (JI), announced in December 2015, is an expansion of our existing global alliance to create and deliver digital marketing solutions for life science, healthcare, and financial services organizations in North America and Europe. Under a three-year agreement, Accenture and Adobe will develop technology services and solutions designed to help customers in these particular industries drive greater marketing performance and efficiency.
We are looking for an exceptional, driven, forward thinking digital marketing professional who can effectively influence and collaborate across Accenture to design and deploy creative cross-channel marketing programs that promote the Joint Initiative solutions in the market and support aggressive growth goals. You?ll partner closely with the Adobe marketing team, Accenture-Adobe JI team, Accenture Interactive Global Marketing lead, and Accenture Interactive leadership to ensure program success. You must be able to maintain a strategic perspective even under pressure, be solution-oriented and a problem solver, and a collaborative partner to fellow marketers and business teams alike.
What You?ll Do
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning : Define target audience for JI solutions (internal and external), approach to reach them (channel and content), sequencing, and planning
Content Development : Development of the messaging for specific targets based on the input of the Vision Stream and the collaterals developed by the Campaign Stream
Marketing Operations : Execution planning, execution oversight, reporting on execution and outcomes
Internal Awareness:
Educate sales teams on program and solution by driving internal-facing activities and developing sales assets
Create a communications strategy to consistently udpate field teams and leadership on program developments, launches, and successes
Participate in various cross-organization briefings and team meetings to evangelize latest marketing assets and activities
Identify and maximize external-facing opportunities across events, media, and digital channels to promote the program and build awareness
Develop, manage, and execute custom events for clients and relevant Accenture teams.
Develop relevant thought leadership that promotes the partnership?s place in Digital Marketing and the program?s benefits to clients in the selected verticals.

Key interactions:
Collaborate closely with Accenture Interactive marketing lead and Adobe marketing counterparts to define and execute campaign plan; pull in support from Campaign and GTM teams as necessary
Provide weekly touch points to JI leadership team and supporting streams on progress, Identify pain points and barriers to help close projects out
Work with the JI General Manger to validate campaign plan and report on execution progress Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required, prefer in marketing & communications
Minimum of 8 years? experience in strategic marketing and communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong project, team and budget management skills
Experience in senior stakeholder management
Expertise in defining user experience and content strategies for our .com channels
Extensive experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience
Professional Skills:
Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
Deep understanding of the millennial audience segment
Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance
Willingness to learn quickly, take initiative proactively and maintain focus

Work Requirements:
Must be located in the United States
Flexibility to travel as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
