Business Analyst, Strategic Operations

Overview:
The Business Analyst is part of the Strategic Operations team. The team is responsible for managing a complex network of interrelated initiatives and projects to drive business success.
The Business Analyst's responsibilities include researching business and technology processes and systems improvements, leading and documenting requirement gathering sessions, and assisting with the successful execution of internal projects/initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about augmenting business efficiency, possesses a keen analytical mind, succeeds at technical problem solving, can successfully satisfy multiple concurrent priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations.
What We'll Expect:
Collaborate with Project Managers and departmental leaders to effectively scope and execute initiatives/projects that materially impact the business and help achieve company goals
Work cross-functionally to drive business and technology process and system re-engineering
Investigate and document the critical relationships among primary business, technology, and system platforms (for example, workflow diagrams and system maps)
Be the owner of end-to-end requirements gathering and definition, in collaboration with departmental subject matter experts
Identify, research, and resolve issues impacting projects and internal processes, tools, and systems
Support the development of business cases and other documentation on projects
Provide strategic guidance on business projects and consultative services to departmental units, thoroughly understanding needs and translating those needs into solutions
Work with internal trainers to ensure system adoption and improvement
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years experience with identifying process gaps, gathering requirements, performing business analysis, documenting advantages/risks, and creative solutioning
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, JIRA/Confluence, and/or Zuora preferred
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
Robust business and technology knowledge
Expertise with modeling (process, data, system)
Capable of building strong relationship across departments and working collaboratively with all stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Capable of juggling multiple concurrent projects
Flexibility in adapting to the evolving environment of a fast-growing company
Excellent written and oral communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
