Business Consultant Job Title: Senior Associate, Business Consulting Reports to: Program Manager Location: Arlington, VA Employee Status: Regular, Full time Travel: < 5% Start Date: Immediately Clearance Requirement: Public Trust Required Job Summary: The Senior Associate, Business Consultant will serve as an key program analyst and will provide requirements definition and management, business strategy development, customer experience and service design analysis, technology landscape analysis, products assessments, systems assessments and the creation and/or management of all related documentation. The Senior Associate, Business Consultant will be a member of highly collaborative and cross-functional teams with different tracks of work. The selected individual is expected to support in the planning of requirements reviews, workshops, client presentations, and other working sessions related to building new software solutions. Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, result-driven individuals who work well within a highly fast-paced environment. The applicant should have strong experience working in team environments and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong client interaction skills. Responsibilities: Work with the business analyst track lead and larger team leadership to document the product's vision and the project's scope.Work with software and system engineers to develop solution design documentationElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct systems and business processes assessmentsLeverage proper frameworks and analysis to design and execute service design and business transformation initiatives Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality assurance metrics, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements.Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis. Propose new product features and updates.Use research and analysis to identify emerging approaches, technology, and solutions that can be leveraged in the implementation of identified requirements. Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentEligible for U.S. Government Clearance. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
