Project Specialist Staff

Job Description :
The Strategic Support Staff to the Chief Technology Officer, Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) provides analysis, expertise and support in such fields as strategic plan development and execution, technical business development, program management and performance, cross- functional integration, technology, planning and communication.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working with ATL leadership to maintain and execute business rhythms
Working with the ATL CTO, participate in strategic planning and related initiatives led by the CTO
Building and maintaining briefings to be presented to ATL, LM, and external customers such as DARPA, ONR, AFRL, and executives of other commercial companies
Participates in meetings as directed by the Director, ATL, tracking action items, establishing deadlines for follow up and ensuring closure.
Coordinating planning, organizing and completing projects within area of assigned responsibility
Responsible for preparing ATL CTO for meetings
Responsible for completing, with ATL CTO's concurrence, low level actions assigned to ATL CTO
Responsible for understanding actions and due dates from the CTO's office and ensuring their timely completion
Responsible for, with ATL CTO's concurrence, representing ATL CTO in meetings
Travel will be required
Basic Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of technical, management and customer chains of command
Experience with customers and strong customer relationship skills
Experience interacting with senior leaders and management
Ability to work alone, under pressure and in teams
Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation and communications skills
Ability to perform research and analysis, synthesize results and present findings
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school
Minimum 3 years professional experience
Desired skills

Masters or PHD from an accredited school
A strong and broad technical background in multiple, high- technology, defense-related fields

Program management experience
Agile mindset that can operate from strategic to tactical
Experience interacting with senior leaders in the government, and international organizations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
