Entry Level Program Analyst

This is a Program Analyst position that will support an exciting and rewarding contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Infrastructure Protection (IP), Protective Security Coordination Division (PSCD).
This position will be responsible for:
Drafting, editing, and compiling, responses to taskings, reports, fact sheets, assessment materials, and other documents/materials as needed.
Responding to tasks from the White House, Office of Management and Budget, Government Accountability Office, congress, other Federal agencies, as well as internal to DHS requests.
Reviewing work products, requiring a high-degree of familiarity with relevant policies, programs, and standards; identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting the development and implementation of approaches to communications, outreach, and strategy development.
Developing, tracking, and analyzing program performance metrics.
Developing, reviewing, and editing:
Strategic planning documents
Policy guidance
Implementation guidelines
Memorandum, reports, fact sheets, briefs, excel reports and taskings
Roles and responsibility descriptions and tables of organization
Creating and maintain continuity documents to include standard operating procedures, workflows, task trackers, and checklists.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
At minimum, the qualifications are:
Bachelor's degree
2 years experience
Writing skills
Analysis skills
Desired Qualifications:
DHS Suitability/Fitness
Secret Clearance
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Familiarity with SharePoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
