Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
Demonstrates excellent technical and customer relation skills.
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, updating of supported IT equipment.
Performs basic connected installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training on printing functions.
Performs troubleshooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
Completes technical training on new equipment as assigned.
Completes mobile device installations on iOS, Android, and Blackberry based hardware.
Supports enterprise software deployments client follow-up support.
Supports office IT hardware moves
Inventorying of IT hardware and software
Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Exhibits professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Is a positive and contributing team member
Provides other duties as assigned by the project/program manager
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 6AM to 6PM
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
8570 IAT1 compliance or ability to become complaint within 4 months of date of hire. 8570 IAT1 compliance is usually met by Comptia A+ or Security + certification
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
A good understanding of the Windows desktop environment to include the installation of software, drivers, and peripheral devices.
Excellent customer service skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
