Department Applications Manager (Epic)

The Department Applications Manager provides leadership to the ongoing and development and implementation of the enterprise-wide integrated electronic health record platform that supports Cardiology, Lab, Radiology, and OR/Anesthesia across the communities that Virginia Hospital Center serves. Leads the implementation of Epic Systems (Cupid, Radiant, Beaker, Optime, Anesthesia, etc.)in the above areas and oversees the replacement of all impatient clinical application systems.
Accountable for the successful implementation of Epic and sunset of legacy systems, managing all vendors. Partners with Clinical and business units to ensure that implementation is done in an efficient and cost effective way while meeting goals of the organization.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, or business required. Master's degree preferred.
8 years of progressive experience with applications. 3+ years of management experience preferred.
knowledge of applications in Cardiology, Radiology, Lab, and OR/Anesthesia.
Clinical experience in one of these areas preferred.
Prior experience with Epic in these areas preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
