Job Description
The RPA Solution Architect (SA) role is a client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that drives improved efficiency and increased quality through automation offerings. This person is the single point of contact with responsibilities that include:
Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
Prepare the spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups, and align the solution with final terms and conditions
Collaborate with the Service Architects (Product Directors) to plan and architect the overall delivery architecture and capabilities to support the service offerings
Sponsor/lead the initiatives to deploy new architecture & capabilities across the teams required for service offerings
Interface with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
Ensure delivery architecture is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace intelligence (trends, competition etc.) in order to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business
Conduct RPA High Level Assessments which include,
Identifying processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits savings
Defining complexity of the process in terms of RPA Delivery
Providing recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in one of the following areas: HR, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing or Procurement
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Solution Planning/Deal Shaping
A minimum of 2 years of experience with designing and/or implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions
Bachelor?s Degree
Preferred Skills
Experience leading teams
Experience with process design / re-design
Process documentation and/or process training experience
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
