E3 is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) management and other staff members in all office activities and operations. The Administrative Assistant will work under the direction of a Manager in performing the following responsibities.
+ Provide administrative and clerical services in accordance with office needs and program requirements.
+ Provide basic administrative and technival support to designated program areas.
+ Prepare spreadsheets, slideshow presentations and administrative correspondence.
+ Provide clerical support to the program.
+ Recieve telephone calls and provide accurate, timely messages to staff.
+ Prepare correspondence and communicates via e-mail, fax, phone, etc.
+ Enter financial or contract actions into UFMS.
+ Assist with supply orders and inventory/records management.
+ A high school diploma.
+ Great work ethics and good interpersonal skills.
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
