E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team in support of our projected work with our homeland security federal government client - the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Intelligence Analysis (OIA) Program Management Division.
This position will be located on 601 South 12th Street, in Arlington, VA.
Duties will include:
+ Coordinating across program branches and offices to update DHS required (AD-102) acquisition documents
+ Maintaining and developing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to keep acquisition requirements on track
+ Overseeing entry of acquisition information and responses into DHS INVEST system Document internal work processes, updating and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Directing collection and presentation of data from various public and private entities.
+ Supporting responses to requests for financial and other data to answer congressional and other federal inquiries, general correspondence, briefings, and other documents Designing, maintain, developing production reports and dashboards
+ Overseeing data entry and analysis for quality control
+ Managing status report updates and distribution
+ Supporting ad hoc reporting, white papers, and other requests in support of transportation credentialing efforts.
Required:
+ BA/BS Degree and 3-10 years directly related professional work experience.
+ Proficient with the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
+ Must possess strong communication and analytical skills.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS TSA Suitability Clearance
Preferred:
+ Candidates with homeland security experience with Security Threat Assessment (STA) program. Familiarity with TSA and OIA Experience supporting the Program Management Division (PMD) within OIA, ) and with full life-cycle program management for Maritime, Aviation, Surface, and other vetting programs Experience with OIA programs to include the following:
+ Secure Flight, Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC?), Hazardous Material Endorsement (HME), Alien Flight School, TSA Pre ? Application Program and Risk Analysis.
+ Experience working with security threat assessment (STA) program policies, processes. procedures and resources; managing customer and stakeholder requirements and expectations; and managing resources, including cost estimations and planning, shared cost and resource allocation planning, financial spend plan and budget formulation and execution, creating and managing contracts valued at over $250 million.
+ Experience with program operations coordinating and managing regulatory activities to establish new programs and maintain existing program authorities; reviewing and crafting proposed legislation impacting STA programs; and engaging with Congressional, industry and government stakeholders.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
