Summary: Management Analysis and Coordination for IT Acquisitions-The contractor shall provide support to implement the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA). In response to FITARA USAID has made a number of changes to the Agency acquisition policy and processes and as a result, the M/CIO now has broadened responsibilities in the areas of IT planning, budgeting, and acquisition.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)


The contractor will be responsible for:


o Coordinating with Client Services on incoming requirements and confirming whether the requirement should be channeled through the IT acquisition review process;


? Facilitating IT acquisition review requests received from various stakeholders;


? Conducting preliminary IT acquisition reviews and triage;


? Coordinating the IT acquisition reviews with various groups within M/CIO and providing meeting minutes;


? Interacting with external stakeholders requesting the IT acquisition reviews to ensure customer satisfaction;


? Logging IT acquisition review requests, status and disposition;


? Documenting and improving the IT acquisition review process and guidance;


? Contributing to other areas of the FITARA implementation including IT budget review, IT policy improvement, IT-program collaboration, communication, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
