Sales Development Specialist

Overview:
Snagajob is looking for a Sales Development Specialist that will be a critical component of ensuring the continued success and growth of the sales department. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and administering scalable processes that improve the accuracy of sales information and ensure the efficient administration of sales processes. The Specialist will work closely with the Sales Training team to train new and existing reps on products, technology, and process, and will work closely with Sales Management to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.

What We'll Expect:
Audit sales activity to ensure compliance with current sales department rules and guidelines
Acquire and maintain in-depth and detailed product knowledge to be shared and taught to newly hired sales professionals
Proactively search for new sales tools and process improvements in order to improve efficiency within the sales organization
Assist with the creation and administration of tests to certify sales team members on product, process, pricing, and sales skills
Work with marketing and sales leadership to streamline follow-up process for leads/accounts associated with email responses and demand generation campaigns; communicate follow-up procedures and inbound lead management processes to the Sales team
Audit downstream adherence of the lead follow-up SLAs that sales owns. Analyze data and report findings to management
Research and analyze marketing and sales operations processes to determine opportunities to generate additional sales qualified leads (SQLs)
Collaborate with Director of Sales Enablement on Outbound Prospecting tools/processes
Develop expertise in each of the tools in the Sales Technology Stack to be able to train, support, and identify best practices to share with the Sales team
Create and maintain Sales FAQ's and other Playbook resources to be used during sales process to ensure consistent customer, prospect, and internal messaging across all sales team members
Work with Director of Sales Enablement on continuing education programs for Sales and other departments
What You'll Bring:
BS/BA degree and 2-4 years of experience in a sales role in the software industry
Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
