IT Architect Lead

Key Role:
Develop network architecture products in support of the Navy's post-NGEN network and lead the overall architecture development for the program office, including the close integration of general network architecture products with Cybersecurity specialty products. Ensure the efficient development of high-quality architecture products within the Program Executive Office and maintain excellent configuration and quality control. Support the client and team in designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining operational, technical, and system architectures products, including OVs, SVs, and TVs that illustrate both "as-is" and "to-be" architecture environments for the program office. Conduct detailed analysis between the "as-is" and "to-be" architectures that result in a clear articulation of gaps and develop roadmaps for addressing those gaps. Maintain comprehension of the latest networking trends, including software defined networks and technologies and make well-supported recommendations for employment of the most efficient and effective technologies and procedures. Work with subject matter experts and other architects to determine solution gaps to problems and provide solution recommendations. Communicate the benefits of the recommended architecture design to key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with supporting the federal government and DoD clients with DoD Architecture Framework DoDAF product development
5 years of experience with applying common techniques for network design and implementation
5 years of experience with developing peer to peer and client server or tiered network architectures
3 years of experience with developing and briefing whitepapers and presentations to senior-level government clients
Ability to develop high-quality products in a fast-paced program environment
Ability to work with changing requirements and ambiguity
Secret clearance required
BA or BS degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or CS
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
Network Certification
Security Certification
Clearance:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
