Reprogramming Lab Requirements International Liaison

Key Role:
Lead a team performing aircraft reprogramming analysis. Provide the support necessary to acquire, integrate, and establish operational capability and future reprogramming capabilities to support clients. Lead the support of a multi-service and multi-functional government and industry team to address the mission data load requirements for the Navy, USAF, USMC, and 8 partner nations which operate across multiple security levels. Interface with the intelligence community, government certification and accreditation community, and international partners to ensure the hardware and software are delivered and installed in the facility and the facility is fully capable of producing high quality and releasable mission data files for all the participants as part of the preparation for the operation.
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of experience with systems engineering, configuration management, mission data file creation, and reprogramming policies, procedures, and standards
5 years of experience with the development, engineering, testing, production, logistic support, financial, and planning processes employed in the life cycle of a weapon system
3 years of experience with information, personnel, and industrial security, protecting classified information, material, or equipment sufficient to perform risk assessment of vulnerable areas, and preparing justifications to acquire or implement new protective measures and devices
1 years of experience with conducting and evaluating feasibility studies and assessments
1 years of experience with weapons systems programs, including existing foreign military sales clients and potential foreign military sales clients, and with foreign liaison officer participation
1 years of experience with working with program offices, USG and DoD agencies, and senior US and foreign government officials
Secret clearance
BS degree or 4 years of experience with aircraft reprogramming analysis in lieu of degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with operational aircraft employment
Experience with MDAP acquisition
Experience with preparing concise reports on complex technical issues
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
MS degree in Engineering
Clearance:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
