HRIS Analyst (BUS0099)

POLITICO is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Talent Management team as we hire and develop the best and brightest talent. You will play the critical role of helping to implement our new HRIS system, then own on-going systems needs and workflows. In addition, our team will look to you to harvest and analyze human capital data to support POLITICO's growing business.
The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst who has participated in an HRIS implementation and worked with HR data and workflows, preferably Ultipro. Most importantly, you should enjoy digging into employee data to find trends and their meaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and integration efforts for HRIS system.
Provide system support for all functional areas within the Human Resources Department.
Maintain HRIS system and deliverables including regular and ad hoc report generation, system administration, troubleshooting, data entry, data audits, mass updates, etc.
Work closely and act as a liaison on HR system-related matters with outside departments, such as Payroll and IT, and vendors.
Provide training and ongoing user support for internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
BA is required.
Minimum three years HRIS experience, preferable experience using Ultipro.
Proficient computer skills to maintain databases, run reports, and perform other HRIS computer operations are necessary.
Demonstrated knowledge of EEO/AA compliance is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in busy environment necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
