Supports data management activities, and supports the design and development of systems, applications, reports and analyses to meet business needs and provide technical guidance to HR. Serve as a point of escalation with internal partners, internal customers, and vendors. Required Skills:2-4 years of federal HR reporting and HRIS management experienceWorking knowledge and strong understanding of HRIS systems and their useStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficiency or experience with applicant tracking systems, tracking tools, and dashboardsWhat you'll doSupport the development, maintenance and distribution of standard reports including reports such as:Hiring Snapshot Report - Weekly report that includes prior week's hiring process data including candidates weekly processing volume, needs summary, job opportunity announcement summary, etc.Hiring Pipeline Report - Includes current candidate counts and historic pass rates for each stepCycle Time Report - Provides processing time between each individual step in the hiring processJob Announcement Status Report - Provides Job announcement history and application volumes per postingApplication Data Report- Weekly report that includes:applications received during the last weeka current year summary of applications received (by week/month)data on historical applications received from prior yearsConduct User Acceptance Testing prior to any report's release into productionMonitors, manages, and reports performance, trends, and issuesDisseminate individual reports that are not self-service at agreed upon intervalsIdentify efficiencies in order to consolidate reports or produce enhanced reporting based on available data.Bachelor s DegreePublic Trust clearance or eligibility to acquire one is required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
