As we continue to innovate in the talent management space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Accounts to lead a team of sales professionals and help grow our business in new accounts by offering Snagajob solutions to the hourly employer market. Experience managing B2B sales representatives is required, as are strong coaching and mentoring skills and a passion to exceed our clients' expectations. Primary responsibilities include providing your team with the necessary tools and resources to be successful, developing strategies to increase growth with new accounts, and selecting and training new team members.
What We'll Expect:
Develop sales plans and tactics for achieving bookings and revenue goals
Assist sales executives in developing territory and account plans
Ensure all sales executives meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity standards for prospecting calls, discovery calls, presentations, proposals and closes
Support sales executives in creating effective presentations and proposals and in meeting with prospects and clients
Assist in the recruitment and selection of sales candidates who meet the company's hiring criteria
Conduct regular team meetings to share team experiences, build motivation and enhance selling skills
Collaborate with Mid Market and Performance Sales leadership teams to ensure proper execution of joint sales opportunities
Work with your direct reports to provide updates on pipeline activity and bookings forecast
Set an example for sales executives in both product knowledge and sales process
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with Sales executives to build more effective communications, to understand development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of account executives' sales performance
Control expenses in accordance with budget guidelines
Work closely with Marketing in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain current knowledge of industry, competitive research and information to better help our clients' business challenges and position our team to align with their needs and initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 5+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of sales excellence in high touch/consultative sales environment
3+ years managing a team of inside/outside sales professionals
Experience with SaaS or HR/human capital management solutions
Experience in managing joint marketing/sales strategy
Exceptionally strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive can-do attitude and strong will to achieve
Highly professional demeanor with engaging personality
Some travel to client sites and other offices required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
