We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Support Rep to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Use existing systems with bi-directional interfaces to enterprise USAITA systems that provide an automated capability to monitor the operational state and performance of all equipment, components, software, applications and systems under USAITA's responsibility.
Performance tracking shall include at a minimum: Utilization, usage trends, memory utilization, and Central Processing Unit (CPU) utilization statistics
Make the performance and operational monitoring views accessible to the Government through automated real or near-real time means wherever possible.
In addition, the Contractor shall provide a systems performance overview via a dashboard to the Government.
Required Experience/Skills:
5+ years' relevant experience
Experience designing, building, implementing and managing the application and systems dedicated to the monitoring and surveillance of the infrastructure.
May hold certification(s) in work field.
Must possess CompTIA Security+ (CE) Certification
5+ years' experience using MS Server 2003/2008/2012 and Windows 7.
Experience reviewing log files.
Experience monitoring system metrics such as memory and CPU utilization rates and usage trends.
Experience monitoring the operational state and performance of various equipment, components, software, applications and systems.
Working knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
Location: Arlington, VA
Schedule Details: Third shift. 10:00 p.m. to 06:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
