Performance Management Analyst

Requirements ? Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives. ? Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. ? Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. ? Perform validation testing. ? Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. ? Observe the current system in operation and gather and analyze information about each of the parts of component problems, using a variety of sources. ? Compile and present client and contractual deliverables. ? Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions. ? Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and performing statistical tests. Skills Needed: ? Military background and/or experience supporting the military. ? Extensive use of MS Excel, including budget, mathmatical, and/or statistical formula development, and MS Office applications. ? Effectively and efficiently communicate within team environment and successfully perform responsibilities individually. ? Demonstrate ability to work with senior DoD and/or military leadership and contractor management. ? Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and/or budget analysis. Preferred Skills: ? Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources. Education and Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or finance or similar discipline. ? 3-5 years of experience in program assessment and evaluation, budget analysis and/or decision analysis. General Office Demands: ? Must be able to operate general office equipment including but not limited to: computer, phones and related media and information devices on most or all workdays ? Ability to communicate and interact with others, both in person, email, and phone to conduct business ? Working under time pressure ? Working rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines ? Must be able to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required and adhere to AFSC travel policies and procedures Physical requirements can typically be characterized as sedentary: work involves exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or an amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Major Job Activities and Mental Requirements: ? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
