Strategy and Experience professionals create and analyze to help clients maximize the reach and relevance of each brand interaction across media, website and physical touch-points that are increasingly addressable (store kiosks, etc.).
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate for the Retail Digital Transformation Senior Manager should meet the following basic qualifications:
Experience working in the Digital Retail / Fashion or Quick Serve Restaurant / Casual Restaurant industry
Possess a strong background with case development with a quantitative background that supports business case development
A minimum of 5 years? experience working with retail strategy, omnichannel, customer, or dot.com / ecommerce functions at the Manager level
A minimum of 5 years? experience working in a digital / ecommerce strategy role
A minimum of 3 years? experience working in a consulting role
Deep understanding of how digital is disrupting retail businesses
Creative thinker with intellectual curiosity experience in developing solutions with digitally disruptive customer experiences
Must have case development with a quantitative background that supports business case development
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering - MBA preferred
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
Excellent executive presence and ability to think on their feet
Excellent leadership and management skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
