The Senior Manager,Finance Governance will lead the development of a Finance-wide internal control program that is designed to provide senior management assurance that controls over regulatory reporting and DFAST/CCAR related processes are designed and operating effectively. The candidate will work with business partners across the firm (including Finance, Risk Management, IT and Internal Audit) in the design and documentation of the internal control framework for CCAR. The program will integrate and expand on the existing internal control framework to cover processes designed to fulfill the new regulatory requirements. In addition to defining the framework, the candidate will lead the design and execution of first line control testing in support of management's certification activities.
Partner with other business partners involved in the CCAR process to define and document(utilizing the firm's current internal control methodology and applications)the key processes, risks and controls that impact regulatory reporting and capital adequacy processes
Develop and execute the Finance-wide first line CCAR internal controls testing in accordance with existing methodologies
Oversee and coordinate management's periodic certification activities, and generate management reporting for the results
Participate in change management to insure that above referenced documentation remains current
Assist in the development and execution of QA testing and RCSA risk and control projects as needed
Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance and the SOX PMO in an effort to leverage to the extent possible test work already performed or to be performed by these groups
Responsible for all aspects of the team members' life cycle, including recruitment, performance management and development
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) required, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) license desired
7-10 years relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, SOX testing or operational risk management with a minimum of 5 years in financial services
Knowledge of CCAR rules and regulations, RCSA principles, data quality and regulatory reporting strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of audit and accounting methodologies and principles
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of data, application and end user computing controls

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
