The time is right to join HNTB Corporation! HNTB is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to join our team in our Arlington, VA office. This position leads standard (mini-mega) and routine (strategic) proposals with direct involvement of Senior Marketing Coordinator, Team Leader, and/or Marketing Manager. Can assist on mega projects, supporting Senior Marketing Coordinator, Team Leader and/or Marketing Manager. Provides support for other activities that drive accomplishment of the Division Strategic Plan goals and objectives.
Coordinates proposals/presentation preparation, including scheduling project milestones and reviews, conducting reviews and working with project champions/project managers to ensure compliant, quality material is submitted and delivered on schedule.
Schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings with project champions/project managers, principals and other staff to strategize for a winning proposal and/or presentation.
Researches, gathers and edits proposal materials, including gathering boilerplate text, resumes, forms, format and edit content, or rewrite if necessary, verifying and formatting proposal information.
Ensures that the various aspects of the proposals (technical scope, staff qualifications and experience, biographical data, etc.) and other marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Coordinates design and production of materials for proposals and presentations with graphics staff.
Researches background information for pursuits, including supporting pursuit database input.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or equivalent plus 2-4 years related experience.
Proven ability to work on multiple tasks or projects at various levels of completion.
Strong written and oral presentation skills preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Environment and Physical Requirements: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Incumbent must have the ability to stand and sit frequently throughout an eight-hour period, reach vertically for overhead use as well as horizontally. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
