Your Role
Talent & Organization consulting professionals provide knowledge and experience that help today's companies manage broad transformational change across the entire enterprise. We construct creative human capital solutions and programs in addition to traditional training and communication initiatives. In addition, Accenture provides structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.
By leveraging Accenture capabilities, proven tools and methods, paired with dynamic approaches, our clients plan and execute talent and organization programs in the areas of:
Organizational Design ? Assess our client?s organizational structure and redesign/plan according to their business needs and goals.
Merger Integration ? Align businesses for optimum efficiency
Culture Change ? Shifting our client?s culture to best support their business initiatives
New System and Process Integration ? Training development and role mapping to support implementations and system upgrades
Talent Management ? Creating invaluable experiences and opportunities to inspire the workforce of the future

A Manager within Accenture?s Talent & Organization practice has the following responsibilities:
Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic talent management strategies.
Leverages Accenture?s methods, tools, and assets to design solutions for moderately complex organizational change challenges.
Collaborates with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters such as aligning on target business outcomes and approaches.
Confirms deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments with limited guidance from their Accenture supervisor.
Manages medium size teams and oversees team work activities to achieve milestones, quality deliverables and business outcomes.
Effectively leverages their direct Accenture supervisor to help mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges before they become issues.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with clients and Accenture executives.
Projects confidence and effectively represents Accenture?s talent and organization consulting capabilities.

Minimum of 2 years? external consulting experience with a large firm
Minimum of 2 years? experience with designing and implementing diverse learning/training programs (Learning/Training Strategy, Curriculum Development, Training Design & Development, Competency Model Design)
Minimum 3 years? experience in Talent Management ? Defining talent strategies and implementing talent solutions
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a systems integration environment or project
Minimum of 5 years? experience in developing change management strategy, planning and execution experience in the areas of:
Strategic Communications
Stakeholder Engagement
Organizational Design
Change Leadership
Behavior Change
Business Readiness
Adoption/Change Measurement
Minimum 5 years? experience in project management experience that includes project plan development and tracking
Ability to travel when needed (Monday-Thursday)
Bachelor's Degree required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
