Overview
We are looking for a Claims Analyst III to join our team. The position will be based in Arlington, VA or New York, NY. This position provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on claims for projects throughout the firm.
Responsibilities
Creates or reviews complex claims disputes large projects.
Researches claims data, performs analysis and makes recommendations on go-forward actions to management.
Reads Project Diaries and Assign CPM Codes to Contractors Activities.
Correlates and Organize Project Documentation Data.
Read and Understand Construction Plans and Documents.
Perform complex claims analysis with minimal supervision.
Draft Reports of Claims Analysis for management review
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Mgmt or Business plus 4 years related experience or 8 years experience in project controls in lieu of degree.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
