Analyst, Operations Analytics

Overview of the Role:
Are you interested in using data to change healthcare to what it ought to be? In 2014, we received $400 million in funding from Goldman Sachs to do just that. Since then, we've expanded into five different markets across the country, ranked in the top 7% of accountable care organizations nationwide, and landed on the Washington Post's Top Workplaces list two years in a row. But we're not done yet. We're seeking an Analyst on our Operations Analytics team to help us continue to scale and optimize our operations. In this role, you will serve as a high-impact member of Privia Health's small but rapidly growing analytics team, working to deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders across the enterprise.
About You: You're looking to either break into the analytics field for the first time or continue to build out the depth and breadth of your current analytics chops. You have a demonstrable interest in data and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, quantitative environment. Whether you came to your love for data via your aptitude for statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science, or via the budgeting dashboard you put together in your spare time to help track your expenses, you enjoy converting qualitative questions into well-defined problem statements that can be addressed using data. We're looking for candidates who have a desire to go beyond simple report generation. You're interested in extracting meaningful insights from our terabytes of data and converting those insights into tactical action plans that result in optimized and enhanced operational capabilities. In the process, you'll not only learn how to analyze data for maximum impact. You'll walk away with a deep understanding of our business, healthcare innovation, and what it takes to succeed in a startup environment, along with an appreciation of the central role data plays in each of these realms.
