What You'll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking for a Risk Adjustment Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for program liaison by providing support duties to include the implementation, delivery and monitoring of Risk Adjustment programs. The role will also have ownership of specific business processes and reporting functions related to operational goals. We are looking for team members that possess high energy, a strong work ethic, integrity, humor and who excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. He/She must be well organized, a great listener, and able to quickly pick up tasks in a fast environment.
This position is located in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Tracks milestones in project plans and contacts team members to ensure timely follow through and completion of assignments.
Schedules conference rooms, caterers, audiovisual equipment and various support requirements for project teams. Coordinates administrative workflow of the department, and recommends new processes as needed. Participates in various committee meetings related to the ongoing development and modification of the program.
Prepares various communication materials utilizing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, pivot tables, Visio and other similar software for a variety of management information reports.
Performs assignments that require researching and collecting information, verifying validity of data and analyzing information. Prepares narrative, graphic and other presentation that summarizes findings and variances.
Conduct data entry and note taking related documents
Provides support to account executives during the development of documents required for program success and help close out follow ups. May oversee portion of a department budget and make budget recommendations as required. Independently tracks and compiles reports with actual to budget variances and trend analysis as required.
Performs other related duties as required.
Defines & implements processes for monitoring key operational performance metrics and identifies trends, escalates to business owners and creates plans to improve performance.
Serves as the department liaison to the Corporate Information Technology team
Partners with department business owners to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Develops and manages project plans for solution implementation, process improvements, and other key changes within the operation
Escalates issues requiring resolution or decisions to senior management
The Experience You Need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare administration or related degree
2-4 years of experience in operational support
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Experience with Risk Adjustment/STARS operations
PMP Certification or related certifications
Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel formulas and pivot tables)
Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence in working with others in a matrix environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
