Policy and Action Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as a policy specialist and program representative, providing support and advice to the Director (DA&PE) on a range of issues related to defense intelligence and foreign partner engagements. Represent DDI (I&S) in DoD, the intelligence community, and interagency committees, steering or working groups, conferences, or other meetings relevant to partner engagement, strategies, and resources. Conduct numerous complex and high priority special assignments at the direction of the Director (DA&PE) involving extensive research and fact-finding to develop position and issue papers on a variety of high-level subjects of critical importance that frequently impact the entire defense intelligence community. Develop a range of alternatives for the solution of policy process and resource problems and coordinate the work of other government employees and contractors in a variety of disciplines and across relevant communities of interest to accomplish several phases of complex projects concurrently or sequentially.
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of experience with performing strategic analysis, formulating and drafting strategic guidance resulting in implementable defense guidance and policies
6 years of experience with managing and supporting interagency initiatives, including work with the Department of Homeland Security, the National Security Staff, the Services, the Joint Staff, and the Combatant Commands
5 years of experience with developing measures of effectiveness
Experience with after action event activities, including writing, coordinating, and publishing reports
Ability to work independently with senior-level government officials and within a team construct
TS/SCI clearance
BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
2 years of experience with service headquarters or secretariat, Joint Staff, or Office of the Secretary of Defense
Knowledge of enterprise-wide issues and challenges facing the IC from a senior management perspective
Ability to be adaptable and flexible to perform a range of tasks and collaborate with many different offices across the client, the IC, and US
Possession of excellent research and analytical skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
