Business Model Transformation:The Federal Business Model Transformation service line drives high impact transformations to address our client s most complex issues driven by differentiated and integrated service offerings. Our team helps clients to architect future state operating models, enhance service delivery, illuminate value drivers, maximize the value of real estate portfolios, and strategically manage cost.
Resource Optimization / Strategic Cost Management (SCM): This part of our business focuses on analyzing levers forenterprise-wide resource optimization and recommending the best options for operating within the organization s resourcing constraints while meeting or exceeding mission requirements.

Manager Background:
+ Managers will have subject matter expertise in Federal government resource management, cost reduction / realignment, and/or commercial cost reduction or optimization.
+ Feasibility Assessments, Implementations, and Optimization
+ Understanding of key cost and spend management trends
+ Practical experience with the full lifecycle of functional optimization and/or resource management
+ Financial analysis and business case development experience
+ Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
+ A minimum of 10 years of previous business consulting / industry experience
Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA from a leading school preferred
Manager:
Basic Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience with management consulting in financial management, resource optimization, service delivery transformation, or business process reengineering
Experience in financial analysis and working with data inputs from multiple sources
Experience with managing and directing the build of models using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, or other tools (Tableau)
Experience with working with senior executives to develop, define and execute cost reduction strategies with Fortune 500 companies and/or within the federal government
Experience in delivering global, organizational cost improvement / transformation strategies
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of ability to influence others and lead teams
BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or Economics preferred; MBA degree or another graduate degree required
Experience with the business development cycle in Management Consultancy
In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
An advanced degree is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
