This Workforce Planning and Reporting Analyst will serve as a liaison between HR & IT, establish priorities for workforce analysis and data management functions, and lead and participate in project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. This person will provide technical guidance to HR and serve as a point of escalation with internal partners, internal customers, and vendors. Required Skills:2 or more years of federal HRIS experience2 or more years of workforce planning and analytics experience, with particular attention to reporting and presenting alternative courses of action based on the results of analysisProficiency or experience with applicant tracking systems, tracking tools and dashboardsWhat you'll doAnalysis and assessment of workforce planning needs, such as projected separations and the lead time to fill, or surge hiring demand for a given job seriesAnalyzes time-to hire data regarding hiring process sub-steps, and generated reports in response to client callsSupports HR applications and systems including HR, workforce planning and analytics reporting and enterprise talent analyticsCreates standard reports, as well as responds to ad-hoc requestsDevelops and oversees user procedure, guidelines and documentationReviews and prioritizes system maintenance and creates enhancement requestsCreates test scenarios and ensures all process work according to predetermined goalsCreates, maintains, and supports a variety of workforce planning and forecasting reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting toolsOversees and maintains data integrity in systems by running test queries and analyzing dataLiaises with business lines to define analysis requirements, establish data fields, and prepare proper reporting to internal and external customersSupports Human Resources and analysis process improvements, and lead the analysis and documentation of key processes to ensure stable business operations, minimize risk and ensure business continuityPartner with IT and HR leadership to support the overarching HR technology roadmap/strategyInform training on new systems, processes and reporting toolsManage relationships with appropriate vendors and consultantsBachelor s DegreePublic Trust clearance or eligibility to acquire one is required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
