IT Strategic Communications and Governance Analyst, Junior

Key Role:
Support a high visibility DoD IT policy, strategy, and portfolio management division. Maintain responsibility for collaborating with clients to help run strategic communications projects and provide CIO-level input and guidance to subordinate organizations and team execution oversight. Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate content for senior-level decision body governance and executive board briefings. Author, review, and modify material assessing the current and desired state of IT capabilities, management structure, and financial models for senior government clients. Research, synthesize, and analyze data from numerous sources to manage the development of quality analysis reports and recommendations in support of client needs. Provide daily tracking of multiple tasks to ensure the timely creation of high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Deliver timely communications products to internal and external stakeholders in support of the client's strategic goals and serve as a key advisor to leadership and employees on communications issues, strategies, and techniques. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with developing and implementing strategic communications products
Experience with planning, administering, and executing meetings with senior leaders
Experience with developing products using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of IT governance, processes, systems, and applications
Secret clearance
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of DoD policies and processes
Knowledge of tasking processes and tools
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of complex policies that will affect future IT requirements, procurements, and policies
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work with all levels of government leadership
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing demands
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
BS degree in Business, MIS, or related field preferred
Clearance:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
