Helpdesk Technician

Overview:
Join Capstone in supporting the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and selected components of the Secretary of the Navy, as a Helpdesk Technician.
This position is located at the Pentagon.
Responsibilities:
Records all trouble ticket calls received via phone calls, email, or voice mail into the call center ticketing system.
Creates, modifies, and deletes internal users' system accounts.
Assists clients with their IT software and/or hardware issues.
Performs follow-up calls to ensure IT issues have been resolved in a timely manner and within Service Level Agreement levels (SLAs).
Performs software installation and general pre-visual inspection and power up test of equipment.
Repairs minor software and hardware deficiencies on the computer equipment/racks.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum education and experience:
High school diploma.
One (1) year experience in help desk support role.
Certifications:
8570.01 IAT Level I certification required (e.g. A+ CE, SSCP, Network+CE).
Minimum qualification:
Proven communication skills resulting in effective results with end-users.
Knowledge of trouble ticket systems.
Minimum clearance:
Final DoD Secret clearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
